Systems and QHP Systems Further Enhance their Business
Cooperation with the appointment of a Representative Office in
China
LAGUNA
HILLS, Calif., October 22, 2003 -
Ultera Systems, Inc., the leading provider of High
Performance Tape Controllers for backup, restore and archive,
and QHP Systems, the exclusive distributor for Ultera products
in the Chinese market, today
announced that they will further enhance their business
cooperation.
According
to the announcement, Beijing ShuangGe Technology Co. Ltd., a
wholly owned subsidiary of QHP Systems has been appointed to
act as Ultera’s Exclusive Business Representative in China.

of a China Representative Office will enable us to respond
directly to the unique needs of the Chinese market by
supplying a local support system” said Mo Nour, President of
