NOTE 1: When upgrading a tape drive or tape library firmware level, use a manufacture's download utility. Make sure to direct connect each device one at a time to the host computer system when using the manufacture's download utility and verify that the upgrade completed OK for each device.   Ultera does not and cannot support every download utility to perform upgrades via the RAID controller.
